Question: I have more than one computer (TIVO, PlayStation) and need to connect them also. My living room does not have an Ethernet connection or the one there does not work. Can I do this?
Answer: Yes. You will need a personal router. If the router is connected in the bedroom and the Playstation/Xbox/TiVO is located in another room, we suggest you use a wireless router. If your Playstation/Xbox/TiVO is not wireless capable, you should get a "gaming adapter". It plugs into the regular wired Ethernet port on your Playstation/Xbox/TiVO and connects via wireless to your personal router. This makes your device wireless capable without any drivers or anything to be loaded on the gaming or recording device. Here's a link to one of them.
Prices range around 85.00 online.
