Got wireless?

If you have a personal router and are connecting it to our network, wait! Please visit the appropriate section for a "how-to" first! Incorrectly configured or connected routers are one of the top reasons your connection gets suspended.

Need help?

It's always a good idea to have this checklist handy. Over 90% of the calls we get from folks who can't access the internet are "self solved" here.

Each apartment is limited to one connection per bedroom. Only one outlet in each bedroom is guaranteed to be activated.  Only one IP address is given by our system to each outlet, to a single PC.

Additionally, hubs, switches or wireless "bridges" are not supported and will interfere with our network. If we find any of these devices plugged into your outlet, we will remotely deactivate your Internet until you contact us and we review the policy with you at our discretion.

We don't mind if you have these devices and use them. You may use them without interfering with our network as long as you place them behind a router or a device performing NAT (Network Address Translation).

For more information on routers, please refer back to the Q&A's and choose that item.
