If you are using a notebook with Intel Centrino chipset support (usually there is a little CENTRINO sticker on the PC indicating it has CENTRINO built-in), it is probably just a driver issue. We recommend going to your computer manufacturer (Dell, HP, etc.) and getting the latest Centrino drivers they have available for your model. Installing the latest drivers is VERY important with Centrino equipped computers. We have made this mandatory for all new connections as of October 1, 2005.
